“I would like to make a special request from you on behalf of all the Sri Lankans. I know Google is publishing unique Google doodles for specific events. And I know that Google is bringing out specific Google doodle for the Independence Day of most of the countries. Since February 04th is Sri Lanka’s Independence Day we would like to have a special Google doodle on www.google.lk which is the Google home page of Sri Lanka. So I hope you will kindly consider about our request and we do hope to see a specific Google doodle on Google’s Sri Lanka home page for Sri Lanka’s Independence Day which will be held on 04th February 2013″.

Google Doodles are the fun, surprising, and sometimes spontaneous changes that are made to the Google logo to celebrate holidays, anniversaries, and the lives of famous artists, pioneers, and scientists.
